This dashboard lets you interact with the full ShoalBase dataset across six tabs. Start with Overview for headline numbers on submissions, species, and coverage. Explore offers dynamic barplots, heatmaps, and environmental summaries for any combination of descriptors. Phylogeny shows trait distributions mapped onto a fish phylogenetic tree, with the option to calculate evolutionary signals for social traits. Geography maps the countries represented in the database. Species lets you look up individual species for a synthesis of what ShoalBase knows about them. Data provides a searchable, downloadable table of all submissions.
